The application process lasts anywhere from 1.5 to 4 hours depending on the length and thickness of the hair. Yes. You can do the treatment over any kind of straightening.
2. Is this treatment a relaxer? ¬
No. It is a treatment based on protein that
naturally straightens your hair.
3. Can you do the treatment after colouring? ¬
Yes. For better results we recommend only after
you colour your hair.
4. Can you do the treatment on top of relaxed hair? ¬
Yes. You can do the treatment over any previously relaxed hair.
5. Can you do the treatment on previously chemically treated hair? ¬
Yes, the Protein Treatment will not damage the hair
and can be applied to all hair types, including virgin,
coloured, highlighted or permed. If the hair has been coloured,
it is best to wait 10 days before applying the Protein treatment.
6. Can you do the treatment on highlighted hair? ¬
Yes. You can do the highlights and do the treatment right after.
7. Can you do the treatment on virgin hair? ¬
Yes. But it wont last as long as a previously coloured
or chemically treated hair.
8. Can I colour my hair and do the treatment? ¬
Yes. We recommend you colour the hair first.
9. Can I colour my hair after the treatment? ¬
Yes. We recommend doing so only 2 weeks after
you have done the treatment.
10. Can I wash my hair after the treatment, and when? ¬
Yes, but only 3 whole days after you have done the treatment.
11. Can I wear a ponytail or tie my hair? ¬
No, only 3 days after doing the treatment.
12. What should I do if my hair gets wet during the first 3 days? ¬
Blow dry immediately.
13. Can I go into the pool or ocean after the treatment? ¬
Yes. But only after 3 days.
14. How long will the treatment stay on my hair? ¬
It lasts 2 to 4 months depending on the hair type,
treatment will work better on a chemically treated hair
like coloured or relaxed. On virgin hair the best result will
achieved after the second or third application.
15. What shampoo can I use after doing the treatment? ¬
We recommend using a shampoo that does not contain
Sodium Chloride, and it also has UV protection.
16. Do I have to do touch-ups on my next visit or the whole head? ¬
The whole head.

3 months or as needed.
